The problem we're solving

A society is not hard to run.
It is hard to run on paper.

Every cooperative housing society runs on the same handful of things — a register of members, a maintenance ledger, a complaints book, a file of resolutions, and a committee that meets four times a year. When those live in separate registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, nothing is wrong until something is wrong. Then it is very hard to prove anything.

Records that survive a change of committee

Office bearers change every year or two. The society's memory should not leave with them. CHSL keeps the register intact and readable for whoever takes over next.

Money that reconciles

Maintenance bills, receipts, arrears and collections recorded against the right flat, at the right time, with a trail.

Decisions that are documented

Agendas, resolutions and minutes filed in order, so the society can answer any question from any member, any year.

One platform

Everything your society needs.
In one place.

Six modules that map to how an Indian cooperative housing society actually operates.

01

Property Management

Buildings, wings, floors, flats, parking slots, common areas and society-owned property — recorded once, kept current.

02

Member Management

Owners, tenants, family members, associate members and their rights — with a clean membership register and transfer history.

03

Maintenance & Billing

Raise monthly maintenance, generate bills, record payments, track arrears and issue receipts, flat by flat.

04

Complaints & Requests

Members raise a complaint or service request. The society tracks it, assigns it and closes it — with a date against every step.

05

Visitor & Security

Gate entries, visitor logs, domestic help and staff records, and security shift handover in one connected system.

06

Committee & Governance

Meetings, agendas, notices, resolutions and minutes — organised, searchable and available to authorised members.

One society, many hands

Built around the people who
actually run the society.

01

Society Management

The managing committee and society office get one control panel — collections, records, complaints and communication, without the register stack.

02

Committee Members

Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer each see what concerns them, with the financial and operational picture in one view before every meeting.

03

Residents & Members

Flat owners and tenants get simple access to bills, receipts, notices, complaints and society documents — on a phone, without an app to learn.

04

Society Staff & Security

Watchmen, security guards and office staff get the gate register, visitor entries and duty handover in a form they can actually use.

Governance

Bring order to the
society's records.

Under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and comparable state laws, a housing society is expected to maintain a defined set of registers and to produce them when asked. CHSL gives that obligation a proper digital home.

  • ✓ Register of members and their flats
  • ✓ Society notices and circulars
  • ✓ AGM and SGM records
  • ✓ Meeting agendas and minutes
  • ✓ Resolutions and committee decisions
  • ✓ Property and society documents

CHSL organises and preserves your society's records. It does not replace the society's statutory obligations, which remain with the committee.

Society Governance

Important decisions, meetings, notices and records — organised and accessible to authorised users.

Security & privacy

Society records deserve better
than a shared folder.

CHSL is built to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — consent, purpose and the right to erasure are designed in from the start, not bolted on.

Role-based access

Every user sees only what their role permits. A resident does not see another flat's ledger.

Your data stays yours

Society records belong to the society. They are not sold, and not shared with third parties.

DPDP Act 2023 compliant

Built to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Members are told what is held, why, and can ask for their data to be erased — our differentiator, not an afterthought.

Encrypted in transit

Every page and login runs over HTTPS. Data is encrypted on the wire, so a shared Wi-Fi network is not a way into society records.

Audit trail

Payments, notices and record changes are logged with who did what, and when.

Hosted and maintained

Backups, uptime and updates handled by CHSL, so the society does not need an IT person.
